5th Sunday Lesson in the Cultural Hall

ATTENTION - THE OAK HILLS 8TH WARD HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARE AND UPKEEP OF THE CENTER PART OF THE CHURCH BUILDING (THE CHAPEL, CULTURAL HALL, STAGE, AND HIGH COUNCIL ROOM).

THIS IS A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY AMONG ALL OF US.  

If your last name begins with the letters D, E or F, please consider staying after church for just a bit to help pick up and vacuum.  Please meet Devin Olsen by the kitchen to help out.

Ward Activities: 

Monday 7 PM Pickleball (Cultural Hall), FHE & Games,  Service Activity (RS Room - making knit hats)

Tuesday 7 PM Volleyball (Cultural Hall), Institute (RS Room), Lego building group (Children's Meeting Room)

Note: Volleyball will be on the first, third, and fourth Tuesdays of the month. The second Tuesday of the month will be either a service activity with the Service Committee, or Ward  Temple Night.

-April 5-6 - General Conference

-April 5 - Saturday 10 am-Pancake Breakfast at the church

-April 26 - Saturday -  7 pm Dinner Theatre: A Night on Broadway. The talent show has been postponed to a later date. Come enjoy a dinner and enjoy musical and theatrical highlights from Broadway Musicals. 

-April 27 - Ward Easter Musical Fireside-7 PM

-May 31 - Ward day trip to Bryce Canyon (replacing campout)

Musical Numbers: If you are interested in doing a musical number during sacrament meeting, please contact Lindsay Priday.

Reminder: Activities will be wrapping up around 10:15 pm because the building needs to be cleaned and locked up by 10:30 pm. In the recent past we have done activities until the sun come up, but now we will respect the 10:30 pm time. Please plan your attendance accordingly.
